Clément Desroches

Clément Desroches has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Clément started their career in 2007 as a Régisseur Général at Compagnie Hercub', where they coordinated sound, lighting, and video teams and managed technical aspects of theatrical performances. In 2009, they transitioned to La Controverse / Leg Agency groupe Havas as a Responsable Production & Post-Production, overseeing production and post-production activities.

From 2012 to 2022, Clément worked at Forum des images, initially as a Technicien/Animateur d'un Espace Multimédia, providing technical support and multimedia animation. Clément then became a Coordinateur Multimédia, responsible for coordinating multimedia projects. Finally, they were promoted to Responsable Multimédia, managing a tech team, leading cross-functional projects, and deploying an audiovisual/event streaming solution.

In 2022, Clément joined Panthéon-Assas université as a Responsable des Ressources Numériques. Clément'sresponsibilities included managing a team, overseeing digital technical devices, and handling course recording/replay systems.

Currently, Clément is working at Focus Entertainment as the Lead Tech & IT Support Manager, a position they began in 2023.

Clément Desroches attended CLCF Conservatoire Libre du Cinéma Français from 2006 to 2009, where they earned a degree in Cinema and Audiovisual Editing. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained certifications in Dante Level 1 from Audinate and Extron AV Associate from Extron in 2022. Clément also received certifications in "Catégorie ouverte A1/A3" DGAC & "aéromodélisme" DGAC from Direction Generale de l'Aviation Civile in October 2021. Clément has also completed courses in Agile Scrum Master from Udemy, and certifications in Gestion de parc GLPI, Green IT, and Numérique Responsable from OpenClassrooms, and Institut du Numérique Responsable, respectively.
