Kartya Thomas

Kartya Thomas, MSA, serves as the Director of Human Resources at Focus:HOPE since October 2019, following a series of HR roles including Human Resources Manager at Rush Trucking Corporation and Human Resources Generalist at Android Industries. With experience spanning multiple organizations, Kartya has a proven track record in creating and improving HR strategies, implementing safety programs, and managing employee relations. Prior roles include positions at Constellium, Altair Engineering, FCA - North America, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Kohl's Department Stores, and the State of Michigan. Kartya holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University.
