Renee Bath has extensive work experience in project management and asset planning. Renee is currently working as an Implementation Project Manager at Focus HQ since February 2021.

Prior to that, Renee worked at the City of Gold Coast for a total of 8 years. Renee held the position of Senior Asset Planning & Program Officer from July 2016 to January 2021. In this role, they were responsible for managing submissions of capital works, implementing new tools for capital works submissions, and supporting updates to Asset Management Plans. Before that, they served as an Asset Planning and Program Officer for two years from July 2014 to July 2016, where they focused on reviewing budgets and conducting spatial analysis for infrastructure projects. Additionally, they worked as a Planning & Improvement Officer (Asset Management) for one year from July 2013 to July 2014 at the same organization.

Prior to joining the City of Gold Coast, Renee worked at the Gold Coast City Council for 3 years. Renee held various positions including Senior Performance Management Officer from December 2012 to June 2013, Business Liaison Officer from February 2011 to December 2012, Performance Management Officer from November 2011 to June 2012, and Branch Administrator from March 2009 to February 2011.

Renee's career initially began at the Darwin City Council where they worked for over a decade. Renee held the position of Committee Administrator from August 1997 to January 2009, where they were responsible for managing Council and Committees, scheduling meetings, preparing business papers, and recording proceedings. Additionally, they were involved in the maintenance of policies and intranet administration.

Renee Bath has pursued a Diploma in Local Government Administration (Asset Management) from the Local Government Association of Queensland. Additionally, they have also completed a Diploma in Project Management from the same institution. It is unclear when these programs were undertaken and when they were completed.
