Courtney Requist

Courtney Requist is an experienced program manager with a strong background in project management, specifically at Focus on the Family, overseeing a portfolio of up to 20 projects with significant budgets. Prior experience includes a teaching assistant role at Colorado Christian University, where Courtney empowered students in oral advocacy and legal research, as well as serving as Student Body President and president of multiple student organizations focused on advocacy and engagement. Additional experience includes working as a paralegal, legal intern, and campaign intern, showcasing a diverse skill set in communication, leadership, and legal support. Courtney holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Legal Studies from Colorado Christian University.
