Justice Matsilele

Justice Matsilele is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community development and outreach programs. Currently serving as the Community Development Program Manager at Focus on the Family since February 2018, Justice successfully manages relations with government departments. Previously, Justice worked as a Drop-in-Centre Outreach/Aftercare Worker at LHC Foundation t/a I-Care from September 2010 to December 2017, effectively running strategic outreach initiatives for street children in Gauteng. Additional roles include Project Coordinator with the Displaced Persons' Unit in Johannesburg, where responsibilities involved project implementation and fieldworker mentoring, along with being a Safety Resource Officer for the Western Cape Education Department, focusing on peer education in schools. Justice holds a Master of Arts in Child & Family Studies from the University of the Western Cape, a Postgraduate Diploma in HIV/AIDS Management from Stellenbosch University, and a Bachelor of Theology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
