Ryan Rust

Ryan Rust has extensive experience in nonprofit management and marketing, currently serving as the Manager of Sustainer Acquisition at Focus on the Family since January 2015. In this role, Ryan oversees a multi-million dollar monthly gift program, focusing on donor engagement and retention through various marketing channels. Prior to this, Ryan worked as the Workforce Development Director at Convoy of Hope, where responsibilities included managing workforce development initiatives nationwide. At BKD CPAs & Advisors, Ryan functioned as a Proposal Specialist, acting as a strategic liaison for proposals in the marketing and business development department. Ryan's earlier career includes managing the Gillioz Theatre as the Business Manager and serving as an Account Executive at Noble, where coordination of advertising projects was key. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and Promotion from Missouri State University.
