Ben Joe started as the Regional Director of Call Center Operations, overseeing the construction and development of the project in El Salvador and Nicaragua. Ben Joe then became the Regional Site Director of Call Center Operations - El Salvador, acting as the General Manager and Site Director, managing various aspects of operations, HR, recruitment, and IT. Markland eventually rose through the ranks to become the Regional President for both Central America and Europe, responsible for overseeing all operational and administrative functions in these regions. Later, they served as the Senior Vice President - International Operations, where they managed multiple international locations and facilitated the opening of new centers during the pandemic. Ben Joe Markland attended Juab High School from 1994 to 1997, where they earned their High School Diploma. Ben Joe then pursued an Associates degree in Business at Dixie State University from 1999 to 2003. Following this, they studied Finance at Weber State University from 2003 to 2006, earning a degree in Finance. In 2011, Ben Joe Markland enrolled at the University of Phoenix, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Finance in 2012.
