Shawn Bresnee has over 40 years of work experience, starting in 1979 as a Data Processing Technician in the US Navy. Shawn then worked as a Computer Operator at Computer Dynamics from 1984 to 1991. From 1991 to 1999, they served as a Quality Control Supervisor at Paychex. Shawn joined Paradigm Technologies in 1999 as a Systems Administrator, where they provided network, desktop, and server support. From 2015 to 2017, they served as a Senior Help Desk Engineer at NSK & Associates, Inc., where they received and resolved IT help desk requests. Currently, Shawn is working at Focus Technology Solutions as a Senior Helpdesk Engineer.

Shawn Bresnee has a diverse education history. Shawn attended Glen Rock High School from 1975 to 1978, where they obtained a diploma in General Studies. Later, in 1979 to 1980, they enrolled in Data Processing "A" School in the U.S Navy. However, no specific degree or field of study was mentioned for this period.
