Lucca Eloy

Lucca Eloy, PhD, currently serves as a Machine Learning Consultant at Focused Energy, where the focus is on developing an AI-powered analytics tool that enhances performance tracking through personalized metrics and interactive summaries, along with building an ETL pipeline and dashboard for continuous reporting. Prior to this role, Lucca was a Doctoral Researcher at the University of Colorado Boulder, specializing in machine learning and statistical models to analyze human interaction from multimodal sensor streams, culminating in a dissertation that developed a reinforcement learning system to improve human teaming efficiency. Lucca also gained teaching experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for the undergraduate Human-Computer Interaction course and contributed to psychophysics and computational vision research as a Research Assistant in the Vision Lab at the College of the Holy Cross. Educational credentials include a PhD and an MS in Computer Science from the University of Colorado Boulder, complementing a BA in Computer Science with a minor in Neuroscience from the College of the Holy Cross.
