Lori Strubbe has over 30 years of work experience in various leadership roles in human resources and people solutions. Lori currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Partner at Focused Post Acute Care Partners, where they are responsible for overseeing operations and administrative functions. Prior to this, they held roles such as Chief Administrative Officer and Partner, Vice President of People Solutions, and Vice President of People Strategies at different organizations. Lori also has experience in recruiting as the owner of Looking Glass Recruiting. Lori has previously worked as a Director of Human Resources at Liquid Environmental Solutions and Aastra.
