Sonja Woolverton

Throughout the course of Sonja’s long term care career, she has always believed it is an honor to serve residents, professional colleagues, and surrounding communities.

As the Director of Clinical Operations in the East Region for Focused Care, she brings over 25 years of nursing experience in a wide variety of settings – the past 18 years dedicated to long-term care. Sonja oversees the Directors of Nursing (DONs), assists in leadership and cultural development, clinical systems oversight, state and federal survey guidance and staff development.

Strong leadership begets strong management and Sonja appreciates the opportunity to assist in developing an environment that exceeds the expecations of all Focused Care residents and employees in each facility.
