Jayson Hobbs

Jayson started FocusMD in 2013 with a passionate purpose to stop being part of the problem and start building the solution. After spending 15 years in the healthcare industry with large, corporate leaders like pharmaceutical giant Eli Lilly, medical device manufacturer juggernaut CR Bard and technology behemoth Dell EMC, Jayson realized that bigger is not always better. He realized that good, quality healthcare is an intimate connection between a doctor and a patient. A connection that can be realized through the intentional use of good technology, process and teamwork. His entrepreneurial spirit has driven him to help start 4 different technology companies in the last 5 years where he has had a crash course in IT, Software Development, Quality Assurance and Mobile apps.

Jayson is responsible for helping to build the FocusMD team with passionate experts in Revenue Cycle Management, Medical Software Management and Population Health management. He is a data geek, promotes transparency and loves working with people who understand the importance of doing what you were built to do.
