Ms. LaShanda McFadden is an Operations Support Specialist (OSS) Supervisor for FocusPoint International and is based out of the Plantation, FL Crisis Response Center (CRC). LaShanda has over 15 years of proven experience in Emergency Response and Public Safety as a 911/Police Dispatcher. LaShanda has played a key role within FocusPoint International's CRC since its inception. As a Supervisor, LaShanda has successfully led her team through various crises events by providing immediate assistance via call triage and escalation to ensure the proper response is provided. LaShanda is actively engaged in developing new employees through training and implementing tools that encourage success.
