Jacqueline Thirsk

Jacqueline Thirsk is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and reporting. Currently serving as Financial Controller for the UK at FOCUSRITE PLC since February 2020, Jacqueline leads the consolidation of Group financial results and works on standardizing policies to ensure compliance with accounting standards. Previous roles include Financial Controller for UK, Ireland, and Nordic regions at SDL plc, where significant achievements included creating a global control framework, and Principal Accountant at Chiltern & South Bucks District Councils, overseeing financial reporting and a team of four. Additional experience includes management accounting at Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council and auditing roles at EY and the Audit Commission. Jacqueline holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Birmingham.
