Rakesh Balachandran

Rakesh Balachandran is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and business development. As Co-Founder of FocusU since December 2017, Rakesh contributes to impactful learning initiatives. Previously, Rakesh co-founded FOCUS Adventure India (now FocusU Engage) from January 2010 to November 2017, focusing on workshop design, business development, internal coaching, and business planning. Rakesh's early career at Hewlett Packard India Sales Pvt Ltd spanned from May 2005 to January 2010, where roles included Product Manager for Business Desktops and managing the commercial desktops product portfolio in Karnataka and Kerala. Rakesh holds a Post Graduate Program in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics & Communication from the College of Engineering Trivandrum.
