Frederic Lienard is a Payroll Project Operations Lead Manufacturing at Baxter International Inc. since March 2024. Frederic has extensive experience in managing and administering payroll and HR functions, including compensation and benefits, process optimization, negotiation, recruitment, and relationship management. Frederic also serves as a Lay Judge at the Tribunal du Travail du Brabant Wallon and holds various HR management positions in different companies, highlighting their expertise in payroll, HR policies, and project management.
