Prior to this role, Roel held various HR leadership positions at companies such as FOD Justitie SPF Justice, Tessenderlo Group, Scottish and Newcastle, and Alken-Maes. With a background in law and business management, Roel has extensive experience in developing and implementing HR strategies, reward programs, and leading HR teams.
