Mansour Dia's educational career began with him earning their Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto. After specializing in finance and economics, they attended summer school at the London School of Economics and Political Science, where they studied alternative investments and fixed income securities. Finally, they completed their schooling with an International Baccalaureate from the West African College of the Atlantic.
