VP Operations Excellence at Fogo de Chao

Stuart Rackham is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the culinary and hospitality industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations Excellence and Vice President of Innovation at Fogo de Chão since April 2016, Stuart previously held the position of Director of Food and Beverage Innovation at the same company. Prior to Fogo de Chão, Stuart was the Director of Culinary Operations at Tradition Senior Living, LP from March 2013 to April 2016, and also served as Executive Chef at LSS/TXLC from January 2012 to February 2013. During a significant tenure at Brinker International from August 1996 to May 2011, Stuart held the role of Global Culinary Director. Educational background includes attendance at Ringwood High from 1988 to 1993 and Eastwood Primary from 1984 to 1989.
