Maggie Lapido, PHR, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at FOH® Worldwide since August 2023, after holding various roles at Front of the House® from March 2015. Previous experience includes positions as Human Resources Manager at Swissport USA, Inc., and H.R. Manager at Paradies, where responsibilities encompassed full accountability for Human Resources functions and collaboration with corporate offices to implement programs. Additionally, Maggie has managed staffing levels and turnover for Delaware North Companies and Argenbright Security, while starting their career as a Benefits Administrator at Amerijet International, Inc., coordinating employee benefit programs and conducting audits.
