Damien Lestang

Damien Lestang is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and board governance. Currently serving as a Partner at BlackFin Capital Partners since September 2016, Damien leads a Private Equity platform focused on Financial Services in Europe, managing €2.4 billion in assets. In addition, Damien holds multiple board member positions at organizations such as CED Europe, Consultim Groupe, GFP Gestion, Fokus Asset Management A/S, and Blauwtrust Groep BV. Previously, Damien contributed to significant transactions as a Director at Advent International from 2004 to 2016 and gained early analytical expertise at BNP Paribas Leveraged Finance and Idinvest Partners. Educational credentials include a degree from HEC Paris and completion of CFA Level I.
