Sumantha Sedor

Sumantha Sedor is a Partner in the Licensing and Strategic Alliance Group at Foley Hoag LLP in New York, specializing in corporate matters for life sciences and technology companies, including licensing transactions and strategic alliances. As an LCLD Fellow since March 2022, Sumantha actively participates in initiatives aimed at promoting diversity in the legal profession. Prior experience includes positions as Partner and Senior Counsel at Norton Rose Fulbright following the merger with Chadbourne & Parke LLP, where Sumantha served as Counsel for over a decade. Sumantha holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from Boston College and a Doctor of Law from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University.
