Alidad Vakili

Alidad Vakili is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Of Counsel at Foley & Lardner LLP since August 2022. Previously, Alidad worked as Counsel at K&L Gates for over thirteen years, where significant contributions were made in business and corporate law. Alidad has also held various roles, including Adjunct Professor at California Western School of Law from 2009 to 2015, teaching practical lawyering skills, and Associate Editor for San Diego Lawyer Magazine from 2005 to 2013.
