Sharon English

Sharon English has several years of experience in the legal field. Sharon began their career as a Legal Executive Assistant at Carrier Access in 2001 and held this role until 2007. From 2007 to 2011, Sharon worked as a Corporate Paralegal at The Broe Group, where they were responsible for maintaining minute books for numerous entities. In 2011, Sharon joined Darden Restaurants as a Legal Assistant, specializing in Intellectual Property Law. Sharon'sresponsibilities included managing the trademark portfolio and conducting research for potential new trademarks. Since 2012, Sharon has been working at Foley & Lardner LLP, initially as a Business Law Paralegal and later as the Lead Paralegal in the Transactional Practice Group. In these positions, they have supported attorneys in various areas, including business transactions, M&A, contracts, licensing, regulatory permits, tax filings, and legal research.
