Kelly Bryan started their career in the food and beverage industry as a Shift Leader, Bartender, and Server at Ruby Tuesday from September 2007 to April 2012. Kelly then worked as a Certified Trainer at Buffalo Wild Wings from April 2012 to September 2013. Kelly continued their bartending career at Taqueria Tavern/Park Tavern from October 2013 to June 2014. Kelly then transitioned into an administrative role as the Lead Administrative Assistant at The Davidson Company from January 2014 to June 2016. Since June 2016, they have been working as a Manager in Enterprise Customer Success at Foley.

Kelly Bryan obtained a high school diploma from East Hartford High School from 2002 to 2006. Following that, they pursued an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in General Studies from Manchester Community College between 2006 and 2008. In August 2018, they obtained the FRCA Advanced Certification from PBSA.
