Anna Risberg

Anna Risberg has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Anna started their career in 1994 as an MD student at Karolinska Institutet. From 2001 to 2007, they worked as a Senior Research Scientist at AstraZeneca R&D, where they were responsible for equipment infrastructure and data management. Anna then joined AstraZeneca as a QA Specialist from 2007 to 2010. From 2010 to 2013, Anna worked as a Regulatory Project Manager, handling change management and post approval variations for EU, US, and RoW markets. Anna then became a Group Manager in Quality Control, responsible for strategic planning and lean tools implementation. Anna also served as a Process Technology Manager, leading a team and managing budget and strategic planning responsibilities. Since 2017, Anna has been working as the Head of Unit for Laboratory Development and Technology Transfer at Folkhälsomyndigheten, overseeing Next Generation Sequencing platform, bioinformatics, and customer service teams.

Anna Risberg obtained a Medicine Doctor degree in Bioanalysis from Karolinska Institutet from 1994 to 1999. Prior to that, they attended Stockholm University in 1993 and Umeå University from 1990 to 1992, where they pursued studies in the field of chemistry engineering. Anna also holds various certifications, including "LEDA ANDRA CHEFER" from Chefakademin obtained in February 2023, "Certified Agile Leadership Essentials (CAL-E)" from Scrum Alliance obtained in September 2022, "Certified Agile Leadership for Orgs (CAL-O)" from Scrum Alliance obtained in September 2022, "Certified Agile Leadership for Teams (CAL-T)" from Scrum Alliance obtained in September 2022, and "Hållbart Ledarskap" from Stockholm School of Economics obtained in December 2019.
