Chaylin Garrett

Chaylin Garrett is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in administrative and human resources roles. Currently serving as an Administrative Associate II at Herff College of Engineering since June 2024, Chaylin has also held various positions in the hospitality industry, including Fine Dining Server and Hostess at Folk's Folly Prime Steakhouse since September 2017. Prior experience includes a Human Resource Representative role at Baptist Memorial Health Care and HR Business Partner at The University of Memphis, where Chaylin also worked as a Human Resource Associate. Additional internships at Enterprise Holdings and Levitt Shell provided foundational experience in management and operations. Chaylin holds a Master of Business Administration from Fogelman College of Business & Economics, University of Memphis, complemented by a Bachelor of Business Administration and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from the same institution and Southwest Tennessee Community College, respectively.
