Eva Lisper Holmberg

Eva Lisper Holmberg has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Bolagsjurist at Folksam and Regionjurist at Region Stockholm since January 2019. Previous roles include Landstingsjurist at Stockholms läns landsting, where Eva provided legal advisory services to politicians and staff, and Jurist and upphandlingskonsult at AffärsConcept, focusing on procurement processes. As Upphandlingschef at Värmdö kommun, Eva established the procurement organization and managed various contracts. Additional positions include Upphandlingsexpert at Socialstyrelsen and Upphandlare at Nacka kommun. Eva holds a Juris Doctor degree and has completed several relevant courses, including public procurement and economic history, from Uppsala and Södertörn universities.
