Jay Daukas

Jay Daukas is an accomplished sales professional currently serving as an Inside Sales Technology Representative at Follett since January 2024. Previously, Jay worked as a Sales Development Representative at Newsela from July 2023 to January 2024, following a similar role at Formative from December 2021 to July 2023, during which Newsela acquired Formative. Earlier experience includes being a Corps Member with Teach For America, where Jay contributed to educational advancement in low-income areas, and roles in business development and project management at ROI Rocket. Jay also held internships with the Massachusetts Republican Party and WLL Consulting, and began a career in management as an Assistant Manager for East Beach Association. Jay holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Dartmouth College, earned between 2014 and 2018.
