Eric Olivier

Eric Olivier has had a diverse career in the customer service and sales sectors. In 2021, they began working as a Customer Success Manager for Follow Up Boss. From 2019-2018 they were the Director of Client Strategy for Trilliant Health and a Senior Sales Account Manager for Aspect Software. From 2013-2012, they were a Senior Product Specialist and Senior Account Manager for Zillow, and a Customer Support for Symetra where they received the "Q&A's Choice Award" for providing outstanding customer service. In 2011, they were a Marketing/IT Intern for First Dakota Title where they prepared reports of findings, collected and analyzed data on customer demographics, and built relationships with current and prospective clients.

Eric Olivier attended Augustana University (SD) and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Administration/Management Information Systems.
