Mitchell Brown has worked in the customer service and product support industry since 2014. Mitchell began their career at Apple as a Genius Administrator in 2014, and later became a Senior Customer Service and Technical Expert (Troubleshooting and Repairs) in 2019. In 2018, they completed a Disney College Internship with The Walt Disney Company. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Follow Up Boss as a Product Support Expert.

Mitchell Brown attended the University of Oklahoma from 2013 to 2020, where they earned a degree in Information Publication with a field of study in Communication and Media Studies. In 2021, they obtained a Code Foundations Career Path certification from Codecademy.
