Molly Zimmerman is an experienced Innovation Manager and Beverage Scientist at FONA International since March 2019. Previously, Molly held positions as an R&D Chef at Zoup! Fresh Soup Company and as a Senior R&D Technologist at Dunkin' Brands, where successful beverage products were developed for Dunkin' Donuts, including various syrups and frozen beverages. Molly's career also includes a role as a Teaching Assistant at Harborview Dining, where leadership and communication skills were utilized to mentor culinary students, as well as internships at the Head Health Institute and Bonsoiree Restaurant, focusing on upscale cuisine and catering experiences. Molly holds a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Nutrition and an Associate in Science in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University, along with a Master of Business Administration in Social Media Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University.
