Sandra Cifuentes

Sandra Cifuentes is an experienced professional in customer success and project management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Fonda since December 2022. In this role, Sandra leads cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and excellent client outcomes while implementing strategies to enhance client retention and identify upsell opportunities. Previously, Sandra worked at Paixao Fruit as a Customer Success Manager, focusing on sales strategy planning and growth. Earlier positions include Customer Success Specialist at La Haus, where customer satisfaction was prioritized, and consultant roles at MetLife and various government institutions, where Sandra developed counseling services and support programs.
