Romane Garcia currently serves as the Référente du Jardin d’Enfants inclusif at Fondation de Vernand since August 2021, overseeing admissions and leading a team of four while facilitating conferences. Throughout a career focused on education and mental health, Romane has also been a Stagiaire éducatrice spécialisée at CPAP, offering autism awareness training and individual support. In addition, Romane contributes to Comm'Unique through the creation of communication cards and has experience as an Intervenante at Pro Infirmis and a Stagiaire éducatrice at Fondation Saint George. Romane holds a Master's degree in Specialised Early Education from Haute école pédagogique du canton de Vaud, a DU in Mental Health Peer Support from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1, and a Bachelor of Arts in Curative Education from Université de Fribourg.
