Catherine Steelandt has extensive experience in gerontology and social animation, currently serving as Directrice du développement des formations du grand âge et de la dépendance and Directrice du pôle Animation et Gérontologie at Fondation INFA since July 2013. Responsibilities include training program design, quality evaluation, recruitment, project management, and budget oversight. Catherine has been a freelance trainer since April 2006, delivering numerous missions focused on EHPAD personnel training. Previous roles include Responsable de vie sociale at BTPRMS, where significant administrative and coordination responsibilities were undertaken, and similar roles at DomusviDolcéa and Les Aquarelles. Catherine holds a DIU MATA from Pierre and Marie Curie University and is pursuing a DEJEPS AS in Animation Sociale through VAE.
