Mimmo Megaro has extensive experience in administrative coordination and quality management, currently serving as Coordinatore amministrativo and responsabile Qualità at Fondazione Don Carlo Gnocchi ONLUS since January 2000. Responsibilities include managing the quality system, supplier qualifications, customer satisfaction monitoring, and overseeing documentation and measurement tools. Additionally, Mimmo Megaro has held roles as responsabile della formazione and responsabile controllo di gestione within the same organization, focusing on training program planning and management control. Since January 2012, Mimmo Megaro has also provided IT management services for several centers of the Fondazione.
