Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business and nutrition. Currently, Mariana operates an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability at AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020. Mariana also holds the position of Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Prior experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, serving as a nutritionist at a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019, and lecturing on applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017.
