Pablo Ramirez Inostroza is an experienced professional in the field of microfinance and social development, currently serving as Subgerente de Productos microfinancieros y sociales at Fondo Esperanza since January 2012. In this role, Pablo is responsible for the design and evaluation of sustainable entrepreneurship products, employing community bank methodologies and a gender perspective.
