Pablo Ramirez Inostroza

Pablo Ramirez Inostroza is an experienced professional in the field of microfinance and social development, currently serving as Subgerente de Productos microfinancieros y sociales at Fondo Esperanza since January 2012. In this role, Pablo is responsible for the design and evaluation of sustainable entrepreneurship products, employing community bank methodologies and a gender perspective. Previously, from February 2005 to September 2010, Pablo worked with Fundación Superación Pobreza as Asesor Regional Servicio País, providing guidance on project planning and execution within social initiatives and developing indicators for local economic development, rural tourism, environmental education, and territorial management. Pablo also held the position of Profesional Servicio País, focusing on collaboration with community organizations and offering technical support for economic development and commercialization strategies. Pablo holds a degree in Ingeniero Comercial with a specialization in Economics from Universidad de La Frontera.
