Sylvie M. Drouin

Sylvie M. Drouin is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate-commercial law, privacy, and artificial intelligence governance. Since August 2002, Sylvie has served as In-House Counsel at Fonds de solidarité FTQ, specializing in IT law, contract negotiation, legal technology, strategic planning, corporate governance, and venture capital, along with a focus on cybersecurity, securities, internet law, and advertising law. Prior to this role, Sylvie worked as a lawyer at Lapointe Rosenstein from August 1995 to September 2002.
