Inge Geurden has extensive experience in the field of science policy and research, currently serving as a Science Policy Advisor at the Research Foundation Flanders - FWO since April 2018. Prior to this role, Inge held the position of Chercheur scientifique at the INRA French National Institute for Agricultural Research from November 1999 to July 2017, focusing on aquaculture and fish nutrition, among other research activities. Inge's academic background includes a PhD in Agronomical and Applied Biological Sciences from Ghent University, earned between 1992 and 1997, as well as an Engineer degree in Agronomy and Applied Biological Sciences with a specialization in aquaculture and hydrobiology from 1987 to 1992 at the same institution.
