Jari Temmermans is a PhD student at both Research Foundation Flanders - FWO and Universiteit Antwerpen since November 2022 and October 2021, respectively. Temmermans has served as a visiting researcher at Estonian University of Life Sciences from May 2023 to July 2023 and previously worked as a scientific researcher at Hamster Cleaning and Universiteit Gent. Prior experience includes a trainee role at Kemijski Inštitut - National Institute of Chemistry and an international internship with IAESTE, both in 2020, alongside a position as supply chain coordinator at Neovia Logistics from July 2018 to September 2020 and a quality assurance specialist at Capsugel from July 2016 to September 2017. Temmermans holds a master's degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Ghent University, completed in 2021, and attended Sint-Jozef-Klein-Seminarie from 2010 to 2016.
