Aurellia Ramara Winaya

Aurellia Ramara Winaya is currently a PhD student in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology at the Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology, a position held since January 2024. Previously, Aurellia served as a Research Student at the University of Dundee from February to June 2023, following a role as a Summer Research Student at the same institution in mid-2022. Aurellia gained experience as a Research Intern at New York University between February and August 2022. Prior to these roles, involvement at the Indonesia International Institute for Life Sciences (i3L) included positions as a Pharmacology Laboratory Teaching Assistant, Academic Writing Teaching Assistant, General Biology Laboratory Teaching Assistant, Scientific Writing and Presentation Skills Teaching Assistant, and Head of the Job Fair Division for Career Week while pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biomedical Sciences from 2019 to 2023. Additionally, Aurellia volunteered as a Community Volunteer for Social Designee in 2018. Educational background includes a High School Diploma in Science from SMA Negeri 77 Jakarta, earned in 2019.
