Tessa Koen

Tessa Koen has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Starting in 2012, they worked as an Allroundmedewerker at Vivant Beurskens and as a Dance Teacher / Intern at DC Flashdance. In 2015, they were a Horecamedewerker at Restaurant, bar, lounge De Veense Poort. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Horecamedewerker at The Maxx Veenendaal. In 2017, they held multiple positions including Stagiair Junior Incassospecialist at Incassonet B.V. and Borrel- en Feestcommissie member at SV Fides. In 2018, they became involved with various organizations such as Fonky as a Sales Coach, Swere as a PR-Commissie member, and Rijnstad as a Vrijwillig Jongerenwerker. In 2019, they transitioned to a role as a Recruiter at Fonky, where they worked until 2021. From 2021 to 2023, Tessa held various positions at Fonky including Interim HR-medewerker and Contact Center Supervisor. Tessa's work experience showcases their versatility and adaptability in different roles and industries.

Tessa Koen began their education journey in 2014 at Aventus, where they pursued a degree in HTV - Politie, which stands for "Handhaver Toezicht en Veiligheid" or Law Enforcement and Security. Tessa attended Aventus for two years, completing their studies in 2016. Following this, Tessa enrolled at ROC Midden Nederland in 2016, where they pursued a program called Juridisch Administratief Dienstverlener (SPRINT 1 JAAR) for one year. In 2017, Tessa joined Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen (HAN) and pursued a Bachelor of Laws degree. Tessa'sstudies at HAN continued until 2018. Subsequently, in 2018, Tessa enrolled in another program at HAN, this time in the field of Social Work. Tessa completed their Bachelor's degree in this field in 2019.
