François Xavier Bacourt

François Xavier Bacourt has a diverse work experience, starting in 2014 with an International Graduate Program at Logista, where they worked as an International Business Analyst. François Xavier then moved on to Mr Jeff in 2015, where they worked as a Business Developer.

In 2016, François joined Globalpraxis as an Associate, specializing in strategy consulting for FMCG companies. François Xavier eventually took on the role of Strategy Consultant, working with worldwide FMCG leaders until 2020.

In 2020, François co-founded Stay Humble or Not, a company focused on creating sustainable sports apparel. However, their time there was short-lived as they transitioned to Fonoa later that year.

At Fonoa, François initially joined as a Product Manager, leading the geographical expansion of the Reporting product and developing the Lookup product. In 2022, they became the Product Operations Lead, leading a team of 6 Product Operations Managers. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Operations at Fonoa.
