Kristen Souki

Kristen Souki is an accomplished Chief People Officer with extensive experience in human resources across several prominent companies. Currently serving at Fonoa since February 2023, Kristen previously held the role of Chief People Officer at King from September 2018 to January 2023, following various senior HR positions including Head of HR and VP of HR - Studios. Prior experience includes significant leadership roles at Activision Blizzard from January 2009 to June 2015, with a focus on the European market, and a VP position at ZenithOptimedia in 2008. Earlier career highlights include senior HR management roles at Activision and Jamba Juice, as well as division-level HR management at IHOP. Kristen Souki holds an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing from USC Marshall School of Business and a BA in Political Science from UC Irvine.
