Neha Pandit has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and industries. Neha began their career at L'Oreal as a Summer Intern, where they worked on projects related to learning and development. Neha then interned at Goonj, focusing on HR case studies.

Neha then joined Pidilite Industries as an Assistant Manager in HR, where they were responsible for executive and graduate-level hiring, as well as recruitment planning and onboarding. Neha later transitioned to CDI AndersElite as a Resource Consultant, providing recruitment services and industry insights to clients.

Neha's next role was at Bloomberg LP, where they served as a Talent Experience Specialist. Neha then joined Booking.com as an International Recruiter, and subsequently took maternity leave. Upon their return, Neha worked at Paddle as a People Advisor, and later as a Talent Acquisition Manager, overseeing product and engineering hiring.

Most recently, Neha joined Fonoa as a Talent Acquisition - Tech & Product specialist. Neha has been instrumental in scaling the company from 30 to 160 employees, implementing recruitment processes, interviewer training, and establishing a positive candidate experience.

Throughout their career, Neha has demonstrated a strong focus on talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and building successful teams.

Neha Pandit completed their schooling at Bal Bharati Public School in New Delhi from 2001 to 2004. Afterward, they pursued an Engineer's Degree in Electronics & Communication from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya between 2005 and 2009. Subsequently, they enrolled in the Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree focusing on Human Resources from 2009 to 2011.
