Christa Spedding

Christa Spedding has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Christa started their career as an Assistant Superintendent at Speed Fab-Crete, where they coordinated subcontractors and managed multimillion-dollar commercial construction projects. Christa then worked as a Project Engineer at Carcon Industries, overseeing site work and utilities for a $1.5 billion hospital campus project. Later on, they joined Regency Northwest Construction as a Project Manager, handling multiple renovation and addition projects and coordinating with customers, architects/engineers, and subcontractors. Christa then moved to On Point Construction Services, LLC, where they held various roles, including Project Coordinator, Manager of Commercial Construction Services, and Capital Region Area Manager. Currently, Christa is the Director of Project Planning at Fontaine Bros., Inc.

Christa Spedding has a diverse education history. Christa started their academic journey in 2003 at Texas A&M University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Organizational Leadership and Development. Christa completed their degree in 2008.

In 2012, Christa Spedding continued their education at the University of Washington, where they obtained a Certificate in Construction Management. Christa'sstudies in this field lasted until 2013.

Christa then pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Civil Engineering at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Christa enrolled in 2015 and completed their degree in 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Christa Spedding has also obtained a certification in "Combating Sexual Harassment in the Workplace" from CypherWorx in June 2023.
