Becky Pineda

Becky Pineda began their work experience as a Benefits Specialist at Indymac Bank in 2008. Becky then moved on to become a Senior Benefits Specialist at OneWest Bank from 2009 to 2015. In 2016, Becky joined CIT as a VP, Senior Human Resources Generalist and held the position until 2022. Currently, they are working as the VP, HR Operations at Sperber Landscape Companies.

Becky Pineda has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Economics from California State University, Los Angeles. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Business Administration from Rio Hondo College. In addition to their academic achievements, Becky Pineda holds certifications including Notary Public from the California Secretary of State, Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HRCI, and SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM.
