Robert Maidment

Robert Maidment has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over 15 years. Robert most recently served as Vice President of Human Resources at Fontainebleau Development since March 2022. Prior to that, from February 2020 to March 2022, they held the position of Human Resources Director at the same company. Before joining Fontainebleau Development, Robert worked at The Big Easy Casino for 14 years. Robert'sroles at the casino included Human Resources Director from October 2012 to February 2020, Human Resources Manager from November 2007 to October 2012, and Human Resources Specialist from October 2006 to November 2007. Throughout their career, Robert has been responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including personnel policies, recruitment, training, benefits administration, and employee communications.

Robert Maidment completed their Bachelor's degree with Honors in Business at York University from 2000 to 2004. Following that, they pursued a Postgraduate Professional Certificate in Human Resources Management at the same university from 2004 to 2005.
