Maria Alejandra Quintana

Maria Alejandra Quintana is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within multinational organizations. At Mondelēz International, Maria served as Regional Vice President of Human Resources for Latin America and Vice President for Brazil, where strategic people management aligned with organizational growth was a key focus. Maria's previous roles at Kraft Foods included Sr. Director of HR for the Western Andean, Central America & Caribbean region, as well as positions in talent acquisition and diversity strategy implementation. Maria holds a degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from UCAB and completed the LEAD Program in Organizational Leadership at IMD.
